Field Managers: Each Field Manager is assigned to and responsible for a specific region within the district. Field Managers will be the primary point of contact for constituents, listening to their concerns and ideas, actively communicating about available resources and ongoing efforts on the part of our office, and identifying and supporting each neighborhood’s priorities.
District Liaison: Our District Liaison serves as CD4’s at-large point of contact. Any questions, issues, comments, or concerns relayed via email (contactCD4@lacity.org) or phone (213-473-7004) will be logged by our District Liaison and directed to the appropriate point of contact. This will often be your Field Manager, but it could also be Legislative, Communications, or Planning staff in our office.
District Project Manager: Unlike our Field Managers, our District Project Manager will not be assigned to a specific region. Instead, they will take responsibility for long-term projects across the district identified as special by our office.
District Director: Our District Director will serve as deputy chief of staff overseeing the entire field team and operations within District 4. We will be announcing our District Director later this month.
