Section 2. Number of Directors.
The number of Directors of the corporation shall not be less than three (3) nor more than twelve (12), with the exact number of directors to be fixed, within the limits specified, by approval of the Board.
Section 3. Selection and Tenure of Office.
Directors shall be elected at each annual meeting of the Board. Each Director shall serve for a term of two years. If any such annual meeting is not held or Directors are not there elected, Directors shall be elected at any special meeting of the Board held for that purpose.
