A host of Griffith Park luminaries and fans gathered on Saturday, 12/13 to open the newly remodeled Griffith Park Visitor Center.
Members of the Griffith J. Griffith Charitable Trust joined CD-4 Councilwoman Nithya Raman and Park officials for the ribbon-cutting and celebration.
The renovated visitors center features a giant three-dimensional map of the park and all its attractions and hiking trails. It also gives visitors a chance to see up close examples of the park’s most prominent flora and fauna.
