AdjustedRenderingThe coalition of neighborhood groups has been calling themselves Communities United for Reasonable Development. Funds have been raised to hire the best land use attorney in Hollywood, Robert Silverstein to appeal the City’s blind approval of this 1.2 million square foot twin tower project planned for Vine Street right on top of what USGS determines is the southern strand of the active Hollywood faultline. Caltrans has expressed their outrage at this project’s failure to address traffic concerns that they have. The City and the Millennium Developer have ignored every effort by Caltrans, AQMD, the community and their attorney to get this project turned back for a new EIR.

Click on the “hearings” tab at the top for the agenda for the hearing this Wednesday, July 24, at 10 am downtown at City Hall. Please be there!
